Kamaboko Crab Dip
- 1 block kamaboko
- 1-10oz pkg imitation crab
- 1-8oz block cream cheese
- ¼ c. mayonnaise
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- Chips or crackers
- Green onions for top (optional)
- Chop kamaboko and shred imitation crab meat and set aside.
- Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in separate bowl and mix well.
- Add kamaboko, imitation crab, and green onions to cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Serve with your choice of crackers or chips.
- May top with green onions for color (optional).
