Kamaboko Crab DipIngredients:

  • 1 block kamaboko
  • 1-10oz pkg imitation crab
  • 1-8oz block cream cheese
  • ¼ c. mayonnaise
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Chips or crackers
  • Green onions for top (optional)


  • Chop kamaboko and shred imitation crab meat and set aside.
  • Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in separate bowl and mix well.
  • Add kamaboko, imitation crab, and green onions to cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  • Serve with your choice of crackers or chips.
  • May top with green onions for color (optional).
