Ice Cream Jello

Ice Cream JelloIngredients:

  • 3 pkg jello (small box-all the same flavor)
  • 3 pkg gelatin
  • 4 c. hot water
  • 1-1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 qt (4 c.) vanilla ice cream (softened)

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, mix first 4 ingredients until everything is dissolved. Let cool for several minutes.
  • Add ice cream and mix well. Cool slightly.
  • Pour into a 9×13 inch pan and refrigerate until firm.
  • Once jello is firm, cut into desired amount of pieces.
