- 1-16oz box mochiko rice flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 block butter (melted)
- 1-13.5oz can coconut milk
- 2½ c. milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350˚ F. Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
- Mix the ingredients in the order given in a large bowl. Pour into a prepared pan and bake for 1 hour.
- When done, allow mochi to cool completely. Cut into desired amount of pieces with a plastic knife.
