Poppy Seed Bundt Cake
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 – 3.4oz box instant vanilla pudding
- ½ c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs (mix one at a time to batter)
- 1 c. hot water (not boiling)
- 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
- ½ tsp almond extract
- Grease bundt pan.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl in the order given.
- Pour batter into the pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan on rack. Loosen sides with butter knife then invert on plate.
