- 1 large block tofu
- 1 lb imitation crab, shredded
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 stalks green onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Cut block tofu into slices and drain on layers of paper towels.
- While tofu is draining, mix the remainder of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Mash tofu and add to mixture.
- Form into patties and fry in a little oil until golden brown.
