Poppy Seed Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 – 3.4oz box instant vanilla pudding
  • ½ c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs (mix one at a time to batter)
  • 1 c. hot water (not boiling)
  • 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • ½ tsp almond extract

Directions:

  • Grease bundt pan.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl in the order given.
  • Pour batter into the pan.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan on rack. Loosen sides with butter knife then invert on plate.
