Ice Cream Jello
- 3 pkg jello (small box-all the same flavor)
- 3 pkg gelatin
- 4 c. hot water
- 1-1/3 c. sugar
- 1 qt (4 c.) vanilla ice cream (softened)
- In a large bowl, mix first 4 ingredients until everything is dissolved. Let cool for several minutes.
- Add ice cream and mix well. Cool slightly.
- Pour into a 9×13 inch pan and refrigerate until firm.
- Once jello is firm, cut into desired amount of pieces.
